Vinay Maloo, Chairman, Director
Vinay Maloo is the Founder and Chairman of Enso Group, a diversified group, primarily focused on natural resources. It was Mr. Maloo's vision and leadership which helped Enso to transform from a modest start up to a well-balanced group with assets in varied businesses like Oil & Gas Exploration and Production, Mining, Healthcare, Infrastructure Development, and Real Estate. Vinay Maloo is a Commerce Graduate (Honours) from St. Xavier College, Kolkata - India.

Stavros Daskos, CEO, President and Director
Stavros Daskos, a lawyer by training, is the President of WDH LTD., a Government contractor specializing in infrastructure and national security projects. Stavros has extensive experience in high level Government and finance contacts both domestically and internationally as a result of his company's dealings.

Hamad Al-Wazzan, Director
Hamad Al-Wazzan is the Chairman and Managing Director of Arabian Motors Group and the Al-Wazzan Group of Companies headquartered in Kuwait. A 1979 graduate of Kuwait University, Mr. Al-Wazzan and his partners have a proven track record in the development of a variety of construction, petrochemical and natural resource projects in Europe and the Middle East. More recently, Mr. Al-Wazzan has focused his attention on acquisitions in the North American mining sector. Mr. Al-Wazzan participated in $5 million of the offering and has invested an aggregate of $7.5 million in Encanto convertible debentures.

Aref Kanafani, Vice-President and Director
Aref Kanafani is a resident of Montreal and a graduate of McGill University. He received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University, England. Mr. Kanafani has acted as the Senior Principal Advisor to the Al-Wazzan Group of Companies. Mr. Kanafani’s career has been concentrated on strategic acquisitions and investments in petrochemical, infrastructure construction and natural resource projects.

Chief Reginald Bellerose, First Nations Special Counsel and Director
Chief Bellerose has been re-elected for his sixth term a Chief of the Muskowekwan First Nation Encanto's partner in developing the potash resource on his Nation's Reserve, where he is committed to economic development, focusing on partnerships and joint ventures in the oil and gas, potash, power and most recently rail industries. Chief Bellerose sits on various Boards throughout Saskatchewan including First Nation Power Authority, Saskatchewan Institute of Technologies and is Chair of the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority Board. Chief Bellerose holds a Masters in Project Management from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts in History in Political Science from Concordia University.

Joe Varner, Director
Mr. Varner has recently served as Director of Policy to Canada's Minister of Justice and Attorney General, the Honourable Peter Gordon MacKay, P.C., Q.C., M.P., from 2013-2014. Mr. Varner served in the same capacity when Minister MacKay was Minister of National Defence from 2008-2013. During that time, he regularly accompanied the Minister to major international security conferences such as the NATO summits in Lisbon and Chicago and Halifax International Security Conference, the Munich Security Conference, and Senator John McCain's Sedona Forum as principal advisor. Professor Varner previously served as Senior Advisor on national security matters to the Rt. Hon. Joe Clark, Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada;the late Hon. John Lynch-Staunton, the first leader of the Conservative Party of Canada; to the late Hon. J. Michael Forrestall, Deputy Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on National Security and Defence; and as a Special Advisor to the former Speaker of the Senate, Hon. Noel Kinsella.As an Associate Professor, Joe Varner taught both under graduate and graduate courses in homeland security, national security, emergency and disaster management and intelligence studies at American Military University (AMU) and served as the Program Director for the Department of Homeland Security Studies. Joe Varner has a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in International Relations and a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from Acadia University and currently is a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Security at Henley-Putnam University.

Didier Drogba, Director
Didier Drogba is a former captain and all-time top scorer of the Côte d'Ivoire national football team. Born in 1978, he was voted best all time Chelsea player by Chelsea fans. He became UNDP Goodwill Ambassador on January 24, 2007 and has appeared in numerous media to raise awareness of development challenges in Africa and calling for support to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Zulfiquar Z. Ghadiyali, Director
H. E. Mr. Zulfiquar Ghadiyali is CEO of The Royal office of His Royal Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan- grandson of Rulers representative of Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. H.E. Ghadiyali’s role as a CEO involves business and strategic management of investments and projects across Asia and Middle East in field of Real Estate, hospitality and General Trading and investments for the Royal office. H.E. Mr. Ghadiyali have been involved in various Social entrepreneurship projects across Asia, India and Africa and have worked for refugee and humanitarian cause worldwide H.E. Ghadiyali represents industry and society at large and have been pioneer in supporting companies from across the world to establish in Middle East and North Africa with support of highest levels through office of HRH sheikh. Mr. Ghadiyali Is involved on various social and political initiatives in India and UAE. He commands several important positions across oil and Gas Trading, logistics, Education, Aerospace sectors.

Officers and Advisors

Jim Walchuck, Advisor
Walchuck (BSc., PEng) is a mining professional with over 28 years of national and international experience in the minerals industry, including work in North America, Slovakia, the UK, Ghana, and Tanzania. Mr. Walchuck was the Manager Mining for Barrick at the Bulyanhulu Gold Mine in Tanzania from 1999 to 2002. There he oversaw the building of a multi-million-ounce, high-grade underground mine in 24 months and achieved over 2 million man-hours without a lost-time accident. Prior to his 6-year involvement with Bulyanhulu (first as Sr. Project Manager with Sutton Resources then as Manager Mining for Barrick), Mr. Walchuck was Manager of Mining and then Manager - Corporate Operations for Royal Oak Mines. This was preceded by a 5-year term as Chief Mining Engineer for Tarkwa Goldfields in Ghana. A member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario for 28 years, Mr. Walchuck holds Bachelor Degrees in both Science and Engineering.
